Try a demo venue:
Pick the venue type above (Restaurant, Bar & Pub, Hotel or Cafe) — the menu switches to that venue. Enter the guest's name & contact, then tap a menu tile (or use Scan Item) to add it. Bill - Preview just shows the bill (records nothing) and lets you print it. Generate Bill completes the billing and saves the transaction to Bill Records. Head to the Menu Items tab to add your own items with photos.

The full system adds table & KOT (kitchen order ticket) management, room/section-wise billing, GST slabs, waiter-wise reports, split & settle bills, and direct printing to thermal 58mm/80mm bill printers.

Every time you tap Generate Bill the transaction is recorded here — that is the moment billing is treated as completed. Saved bills keep the bill number, date, guest, items and total, and can be reopened, reprinted or shared. (Bill - Preview on its own never records anything.)
