Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Business Max, a brand owned and operated by SLVE Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"), including BusinessMax subscription products (Review Max, Googlemax Ai and BusinessMax store module plans), the Website Launch Package, Digital Business Services, Retail Business Services, business analysis and consulting engagements, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

2. BusinessMax Subscription Products (paid online via Razorpay)

Review Max (₹599/month · ₹5,999/year), Googlemax Ai plans and BusinessMax store module plans are billed online through Razorpay. When payment succeeds, the plan is activated automatically and instantly — no manual approval step exists.

• 7-day satisfaction refund: if you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of the payment and you receive a full refund to the original payment method. A full refund deactivates the plan; your data (audits, reviews, reports, settings) is retained.
• Billing error, duplicate or failed payment: refunded in full at any time — if money was taken twice, or taken for a plan you did not order, or the payment later failed, the amount is reversed in full.
• Renewals: renewal charges for a period that has already begun are non-refundable, except where a billing error occurred. Cancel any time — access continues until the end of the paid period, then stops; no further charges are made.
• Annual plans after the 7-day window: the remaining months of a paid yearly plan are not refunded, but the plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
• Third-party fees: payment gateway charges already incurred are borne by SLVE Enterprises and are never deducted from your refund.

3. Website Launch Package (Rs 9,999)

The Website Launch Package includes a landing page, lead generation form, WhatsApp integration, basic SEO, domain name and hosting, and 1 year of free support, delivered live within 24 hours of receiving your content and approval.

• Full refund: if we fail to deliver your website within the promised 24-hour timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
• Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund.
• After the website is live: once your website has been delivered and published, the package fee is non-refundable, as the service has been fully provided.
• Ongoing support: the 1-year free support covers reasonable updates and fixes. Any support requests beyond the scope of the package will be quoted separately.

4. Consulting & Business Analysis Services

• Before the engagement starts: if you cancel a scheduled consultation or engagement before work begins, you receive a full refund of any advance paid.
• After work has started: once analysis or consulting work has begun, the advance/delivered portion is non-refundable, as work has been performed on your engagement.
• Cancelled by Business Max: if we cancel an engagement for any reason, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

5. Digital & Marketing Services (SEO, Ads, Social Media)

• Payments for monthly/ongoing digital marketing services are non-refundable for the period already delivered.
• You may stop any ongoing service with notice; the next billing cycle will not be charged.
• Third-party costs (e.g., Google/Meta ad spend) are paid directly to the platforms and cannot be refunded by us.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@businessmax.org with your name, phone number, service purchased, payment date (or Razorpay payment ID / order ID from your receipt) and the reason for the request. Please raise your request within 7 days of the relevant event (payment or service delivery).

We will review your request and respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay back to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
